Shipping & Returns
Production and processing of orders takes 3-6 days after purchase. Shipping can take as fast as 1 - 7 for US orders or as long as 15 business days for worldwide locations depending on the product type, quantity and address.
If you order a few items and receive only some of them, please wait for the rest to arrive as you may have ordered items that ship from different locations.
Please take note that customs duty are buyer's responsibility, whatever rate it is in your country.
Any changes to orders (eg. variant size or color) can only be made before the item has been entered into production. Due to fast processing, it is not often possible to change an order variant, but you can try by contacting the admin as soon as realizing a mistake to the order has been made. .We will reply by e-mail if production for the order has been successfully stopped, and changes to it possible.
You deserve flawless items, and that's what we strive for, tirelessly. You may return, at your own expense, unused, unopened items in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost in cases of damage or defect due to our error, and arrange for a replacement if you provide your order number, a clear description of the problem, and digital images of the damage or defect along with preferred action (replacement, refund) in an email to our customer support team. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery do not qualify for full refund or exchange.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale item, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
